Amit Zutshi – Director, Head Commercial Advisory Services - Amit works in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young and leads the CAS (Commercial Advisory Services) practice at E&Y India since 2008 and is based in the Mumbai office. Prior to joining E&Y, he has worked with KPMG UK’s Strategy and Business Transformation practice for 2 years and their Strategic and  Commercial Intelligence practice for over 7 years. Amit has been involved with over 60 commercial due diligence (CDD) assignments across a number of sectors including consumer products and retail, manufacturing,  defence, services, technology/ITeS, telecom, education, media, infrastructure , real estate and financial services.

Simone is a senior member of Mergers & Acquisitions and the Fund Investment practice of the firm. Simone's practice focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, competition law, private equity and venture capital investments, domestic and international, capital markets, general corporate laws and advised a wide spectrum of clients, including companies and financial advisors, across several sectors such as manufacturing, pharma, information technology, banking and financial services and real estate. Simone has lead transactions relating to overseas investment, foreign investments, PIPE deals, buy outs, competition law matters and has been a speaker in various forums on issues such as competition law, foreign investments and corporate investments.

Ms. Neeta Potnis is the lead Partner for the Forensic & Dispute Services practice of Deloitte India. She has led varied investigative and Business Intelligence assignments for Indian as well as multinational clients. She has provided forensic investigation, accounting, auditing and consulting services to a variety of clients over twenty years. She has extensive experience in providing services to various entities in India including on many large, complex assignments of multinationals in India as well as Indian multinationals in life science industry, consumer business, automobile industry, chemical industry as well as to not for profit organisations.

Rahul is an accredited member of the Transaction services group based in New Delhi .  Rahul has over 10 years experience in assisting clients in identifying optimum structures for acquisition, divestitures, business restructuring, JVs, internal re-organization, International and domestic tax including structuring cross border transactions and investments besides handling compliance and regulatory matters. He has handled Tax Diligence, SPA advisory and transaction structuring for clients including PE Funds for investments in the IT ITES, Retail, Real Estate, Pharma, FMCG, Infrastructure and Education space. He also advised foreign companies on entry strategy, M&A’s, inbound/ outbound acquisitions, group reorganisations and advise on corporate taxation matters, treaty planning, exchange control issues and tax compliances.

Ms. Akila Agrawal is a Partner at Amarchand Mangaldas and is a member of the corporate transactions team. She is well known for her expertise in mergers, acquisitions and takeovers.

She has wide experience in acquisitions, disposals, takeover offers, delisting offers, joint ventures, employment law matters, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory. She has worked closely with a number of multi-national companies, private equity firms and banks in relation to domestic and international acquisitions, takeovers and joint ventures across various sectors.

Andy Khanna is an M&A Transactions Services Partner with Deloitte is based in their Gurgaon office. He has over 10 years of experience as a full-time M&A specialist and has also worked with Deloitte in UK and the US prior to transferring to India in 2008. Andy has worked on over 100 domestic and cross border transactions across North America, Europe and Asia ranging in value from $5 million to $15 billion in diverse industries such as consumer products, life sciences, media, manufacturing retail, real estate, technology and software. Andy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
