Completed Doctoral Degree from University Business School (UBS), Chandigarh in the area of Marketing in the year 2005. Currently, working as Professor of Marketing at SPJIMR, Mumbai.

    My knowledge and practical expertise extends across the fields of business, marketing, Customer Relationship Management, consumer behaviour. Experience is a blend of industry and academics experience. Research work has been published in category journals like International Journal of Electronic Business, International Journal of Business and Emerging Markets, International Journal of Indian Culture and Business, South Asian Journal of Management, Metamorphosis (Journal of IIM-L) and others.  Conducted training programs regularly for leading business associations such as Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Gurgaon PHDCCI, Delhi, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and Vidhan Sabha on various topics like Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Insights, Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications.
